QA/QC Introduction

Our QC Department is comprised of the Quality Management Office and the Quality Inspection Office.

The Quality Manager is responsible for:
1) Establishing Quality Working systems;
2) Corresponding with other departments to solve quality problems;
3) Dealing with rejected products.

The Quality Management Office is in charge of:
1) Managing the quality of incoming goods, manufacturing processes and final inspection before delivery;
2) Assisting the Purchasing Unit in checking manufacturer suitability.

The Quality Inspection Office is responsible for:
1) Managing the procedure of inspection before delivery;
2) Providing information on manufacturing processes and records of quality for further analysis;
3) Planning and managing quality inspections, testing and checking of machiner
4) Analyzing customers’ complaints;
5) Confirming the accomplishment of preventive measures and precluding re-occurrence of any problems.
