QA/QC Introduction

The development of Quality Management of Onemag is the change from originally depending on experience and passion to currently performing scientific quality system, and also the change from ISO9001:2000 to ISO/TS16949:2002.

We have complied a completely precise and perfect quality manual, including 100 Program Files, 500 Standard Instruction Rules. What's more, every process is operated in accordance with the ISO/TS16949 system unalterably from the top manager to workers.

We have an abiding belief that she will learn from every advanced management system in the world to optimize and improve her own operation system and to insure our products reliable and safe to our clients.

Description:Our factory is a modern manufacturing center, with occupying an area of 100,000 square meters and setting up modern workshops of 25,000 square meters. Now we have 8 production lines of ferrite magnets with monthly capacity of 1200 tons of various ferrite magnets and 2 production lines of NdFeB magnets with monthly capacity of 100 tons of middle & superior-quality of NdFeB magnets. The factory has well-equipped advanced production and testing equipments, such as melting furnace, air-flow mill, vacumm sintering furnace, electroplating units, two sides grinding machine, testing facility of particle dimension, computer-aided testing equipment for magnetic property, etc.
